A PVC stabilizer is chosen against the polymer, the process and the end use: rigid pipe, cable insulation, window profile, foam board, leather cloth or film each place different demands on heat stability, lubrication and cost. Superior Plasto Chem supplies a broad range of powder and liquid, lead-based and lead-free stabilizer systems as an importer, distributor and supplier of plastic raw materials.
The range covers lead-based individual salts and one-pack systems, calcium-zinc (Ca/Zn) one-pack systems, metallic stearates, liquid mixed-metal stabilizers, tin stabilizers, epoxidised soya bean oil (ESBO), one-pack lubricants and complete one-pack systems (COPS) for CPVC. Grade-level technical data is issued per product on request.

·Technical guidance
Lead-based stabilizers remain in use in some segments and markets, but are being restricted or phased out in others, and many export customers specify lead-free systems. Calcium-zinc one-packs are the most common lead-free route. We supply both and would rather you choose with the destination-market requirements in front of you.
A one-pack combines stabilizer, lubricant and co-additives into a single metered dose, reducing weighing steps and dosing error. Individual stabilizers give a formulator more control over the package.
