00Quality and compliance

Quality and compliance: how an industrial chemical supplier should earn trust

We would rather tell you precisely what we can support than imply more. This page sets out our approach, what this website does and does not claim, and the regulatory topics worth checking before you specify a grade.

01Our approach

Specification-led, transparent supply.

Every product page publishes the characteristics we hold, with units and, where available, the test method. Particle size is given as D50 and D97 with tolerances; plasticizer values are referenced to IS 9591:1996 and RPTM; chlorinated paraffin lists viscosity, volatile loss and thermal stability by grade.

We separate typical specification limits from lot results. Limits are published; lot results belong on a certificate of analysis, which you can request when you ask for a quote.

We are a supplier, not a laboratory. We help you shortlist from published data; validation is done in your own formulation and process, and we encourage it.

02Transparency

What this website does and does not claim.

What this website does and does not claim
TopicPosition
Our roleImporter, distributor and supplier. Not the manufacturer of the products listed.
CertificationsNone are claimed on this website. If your approval process needs a certificate or audit document, ask and we will tell you what is available.
Specification valuesTypical specification limits transcribed from supplier data, with the test method shown where we hold it. Not a lot-by-lot guarantee.
Test methods referencedIS 9591:1996 and RPTM (plasticizers); Minolta (whiteness and brightness of calcium carbonate); Karl Fischer (moisture)
DocumentsTDS, COA and SDS are requested per grade and per order. Availability is confirmed at quotation.
OriginOur company information states we import from Vietnam, Malaysia, Egypt. Origin of a specific grade is confirmed on request.

03Regulatory awareness

Check the rules before you specify.

General information to help you ask the right questions. It is not legal advice, and we do not make compliance claims for your product or market.

Regulatory topics every buyer should check before specifying
TopicWhy it mattersWhat to check
Lead-based stabilizersRestricted or being phased out in a number of markets and end uses; many export customers require lead-free.Destination market and customer requirements; potable-water pipe standards; occupational exposure rules.
Phthalate plasticizers (DOP, DBP)Specific phthalates are restricted in some product categories such as toys, childcare articles and certain food-contact or medical uses.Applicable limits for your end product and market.
Chlorinated paraffinCertain chain-length categories are regulated in several jurisdictions. The chain-length and chlorine-content requirement of your market and customer.
Cadmium-containing stabilizersCadmium compounds are restricted or prohibited in many markets and end uses.Whether the product is permitted for your application and destination before ordering.
Organotin stabilizersCertain organotin compounds are restricted in some end uses.Compound-specific rules for your product.
Export documentationRequirements differ by destination.Tell us the destination so we can confirm the documents needed.

04Incoming inspection

What you can verify on receipt.

  • Compare the certificate of analysis against the specification limits on the product page.
  • For calcium carbonate: D50, D97, moisture, whiteness and, for coated grades, stearic acid level.
  • For plasticizers: colour, specific gravity, acid value, moisture and ester purity.
  • For chlorinated paraffin: chlorine content, viscosity, volatile loss and thermal stability.
  • Check labelling, net weight, lot number and the safety data sheet.

05Safety

Handling and safety.

Several products we supply, including lead-based stabilizers, phthalate plasticizers and chlorinated paraffin, carry hazards and handling obligations. Always obtain and follow the safety data sheet for the grade you receive.

Our storage and handling quick reference gives general good-practice guidance by material. It does not replace the SDS.
