2. What we collect

When you submit the quotation form we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, work email address, phone number (optional), country, the product you are interested in, expected quantity, application or industry, and your message. We collect only what you choose to provide.

When you use the website, our server and security tools process technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site, prevent abuse and apply rate limits.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on it.
• To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it (only if you accept analytics).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

• Strictly necessary: a short-lived security cookie used to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for tracking.
• Preference: your analytics choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.
• Analytics (optional): if analytics is enabled on this site and you accept it, Google Analytics sets cookies that help us measure visits and events such as form submissions, phone clicks, email clicks and downloads. If you decline, analytics storage stays denied.

• Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to tell humans from bots when you submit a form.
• An email delivery provider transmits your enquiry to our sales inbox.
• Google Analytics, if you accept analytics.
• Our hosting and content delivery providers.

These providers may process data outside India. We choose providers that publish appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are needed for business correspondence and legitimate record keeping, then delete them. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for protection and troubleshooting.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers above, with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent, by writing to info@superiorplastochem.com. We will respond in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any other law that applies to you.

We use HTTPS, server-side validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting and restricted access to reduce risk. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
